During this time…

RE: COVID-19

During this highly uncertain time, we have been carefully considering the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, agents, and staff members. State and local government officials have taken unprecedented actions to limit the spread of this potentially life-threatening virus by limiting the size of group gatherings to no more than 10 people, closing bars and restaurants (except for drive-thru and take-out service), and closing health clubs, hair salons, nail salons, and other non-essential businesses.

Additionally, many companies have directed employees to work from home to minimize exposure to the virus. Federal, state, and local governments have directed that only essential workers report for work. All others have been directed to shelter in place except as needed to maintain the continuity of operations of sectors that are critical to protecting the health and well-being of all Californians.

Our commitment is to continue to provide the superior customer service you have come to expect during this time of national health emergency. Therefore, we have taken steps to ensure our business remains open without interruption. Our agents will be working remotely and be available to speak directly with you about the status of your property until the current crisis ends. If you need any information regarding your lease, property values, economic outlook, market trends, or referrals please do not hesitate to contact us.

For the time being, our administrative staff members will continue to work at our office. Special cleaning measures are being taken and employees are distanced from one another well beyond the recommended social distance of six feet.

For current information regarding government programs that provide assistance to businesses during this financially difficult time, and information regarding what lenders are doing to assist small businesses, we recommend that you visit the Coachella Valley Association of Governments website www.cvag.org. It has excellent current articles and updated information regarding the effects of the coronavirus crisis and recommendations for adjusting to the changing economic environments.

First and foremost, we are thinking of you and your families’ well-being. Taking care of yourselves and each other is what is most important.
