Steve Lyle, Chief Executive Officer

As a native to the Coachella Valley, Steve has a vast wealth of real estate knowledge, experience and professional relationships to leverage on behalf of both the Tenant and the Landlord in order to meet their goals and requirements.

He has an extensive contact base of local business leaders, City staff, elected officials, investors and merchants. Steve was Vice Chairman of the Indian Planning Commission and an active member of ICSC. His main focus is on Commercial Sales, Leasing and Development and Steve further specializes in restaurant sales and leasing.

Curtis H. Barlow, MBA, JD, Executive Vice President / Partner

curtis-barlowCurtis H. Barlow is Executive Vice President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial / Lyle & Associates in Palm Desert. His areas of activity include retail and office leasing, retail tenant representation, and land sales and acquisition. Most recently prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial / Lyle & Associates, he worked in commercial development in Southern California.

Mr. Barlow has more than twenty years of nationwide and international real estate experience including the development, leasing, and construction of commercial real estate. He has served as Vice President of Real Estate for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Senior Vice President of Real Estate for The Vons Companies, Inc., Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Payless Shoe Source, Inc., and Vice President of Real Estate for Kinko’s, Inc.

Mr. Barlow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Arkansas Tech University, plus Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Arkansas. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Arkansas Bar Association. He is a member of the Palm Desert Noon Rotary Club.

Marta Ward, Executive Vice President / Partner

Marta WardMarta Ward is an entrepreneurial, results-oriented executive with over 20 years of business and sales experience. Before concentrating on real estate, Marta was with the Xerox Corporation, where she successfully held a number of sales and marketing management positions that included both worldwide and domestic responsibilities.

After Xerox, Marta joined Marcus and Millichap, the nation’s premier real estate investment firm in Los Angles where she specialized in multi-family housing investments. Marta’s work ethic and desire to achieve brought her significant success at Marcus and Millichap.

In 2002, she joined Lyle Commercial bringing her real estate sales expertise to the Coachella Valley as a leasing and investment specialist. In 2004 Marta achieved over $14 million in leasing transactions and was awarded the Bronze Level of performance excellence. In 2005 & 2006, Marta achieved over $18 million each year in real estate sales and leasing transactions which earned her the Coldwell Banker Commercial Silver Level Circle of Distinction. In 2007 Marta achieved the prestigious Gold Level Circle of Distinction for her performance and she closed over $27 million in leasing transactions.

Marta is a strong leader with proven abilities in sales, management, strategic planning, project management and team building and improving efficiencies of operations. Marta has a motivation style with a record of building and maintaining relationships.

Marta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration with an International Marketing certificate. She is an active member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate.

Dan O’Donnell, Senior Vice President

dan-o'donnellDan O’Donnell joined Coldwell Banker Commercial/Lyle & Associates after managing institutional investment programs for various U.S. Pension plans for over 25 years. Dan specializes in the sale of investment properties for institutional investors, developers, individuals, trusts and partnerships.

He began his career in 1982 with Coldwell Banker as an Investment Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1989 he became the head the real estate division of McMorgan & Company, an investment management firm with $26 billion in assets-under-management for 200 ERISA pension plans. In 2006, Dan became the Managing Director of Institutional Investments for Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors in Santa Ana, and by 2008 became a general partner and cosponsor of firm’s institutional real estate fund for pension plans and tax-exempt

Dan has served as Investment Fiduciary for over 40 pension plans and Chairman of Investment Committee for multi-billion dollar portfolios. He has been involved in over 400 commercial debt and equity investments, with over $6.5 billion in transaction value.

Mr. O’Donnell has been an active member of numerous industry organizations including the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, the Urban Land Institute, and has been a guest speaker for the Construction Employers Association, the Association of General Contractors, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the University of California Center for Industrial Relations.

Bruce Bushore, Commercial Sales & Leasing

Bruce BushoreBruce Bushore has over 30 years experience in the construction related industry including project management of commercial and residential developments.  He has lived in Palm Springs for over 14 years working on such projects as Las Casuelas Quinta, Las Casuelas Nuevas, Contour Dermatology, Mirage Dermatology and Smoke Tree Ranch, Palermo Town homes & Villas as well as Murano single family residences.

His interest and experience include retail space, medical office leasing, investment sales and land contracts in the Coachella Valley with a specialization in restaurant sales and leasing.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associations in the summer of 2011, Bruce was the Project Manager for The Enterprise Companies in Chicago, Illinois.  He had bottom line responsibility for entire projects in the Palm Springs area.  He just recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates.  Bruce is pursuing retail space leasing, medical offices leases as well as developing listings for land contracts along with locating projects for prospective investors.

Jeff Robinson, Senior Vice President

Jeff Robinson Jeff has specialized in commercial and land transactions in California, Nevada, and Arizona for over thirty-six years including successful negotiation of a single land purchase in excess of $100,000,000, sales and exchanges with major United States and offshore corporations. Mr. Robinson has been engaged by major public and private builders in the purchase and sale of land and lots, and by lenders and various Funds in the sale of apartments, land, lots, office buildings and notes for commercial and retail properties. He has been a liaison between builders, architectural firms, land developers, marketing firms, engineers, attorneys, city and county staff. Jeff is a qualified California expert witness pertaining to land in Federal and Superior Court.
As a qualified land buyer and developer, he has participated in complicated land assemblages (including Redevelopment).

While at Marcus & Millichap, he closed over 150 investment sale transactions, totaling over $400 million in transaction volume and was awarded the firm’s prestigious Sales Recognition Award for three years in a row. In 2016, Pablo was awarded the CoStar Power Broker for Investments Sales in the Inland Empire Region of Southern California. This was Pablo’s second CoStar Power Broker Award over the course of six years.

Jessica Cabrera, Commercial Sales & Leasing

Jessica Cabrera is a Commercial Sales and Leasing Specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates. Her areas of expertise include Retail Leasing and Sales and Retail Tenant Representation. Most recently prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial / Lyle & Associates, she worked at Marcus & Millichap where she specialized in Retail and Net Leased Investments with a market focus in Southern California.

Being the first-college graduate in her family, Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with honors in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Jessica served as the Treasurer and Director of Finance for Cal Poly’s Real Estate Association, where she utilized her leadership skills to help the club gain presence.

Jessica is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and serves on the Board of ACRE SoCal. When she’s notat CBC, Jessica enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and being a mom to her French Bulldogs.

Mike Radlovic, Commercial Sales & Leasing

Mike RadlovicMike Radlovic brings over 25 years of business experience to the table. He has worked with major clients such as General Electric, State of California, YMCA, Hutton Companies and Marshall Industries.

As a community volunteer, he was state field Director for California’s Proposition 10, which is now known as California First 5, helping young children develop healthy lifestyles early in life.

For 10 years, he served as an appointee at the Governor of California on the board of the Southern California Agriculture and Nutrition Foundation (SCAN) Foundation. 

Previously, as CEO of Transtar Systems Inc, he co- invented a payment processing platform that was awarded US patent number US 845 2708.

He is a graduate of Saddleback College in Mission Viejo and the University of California, Irvine.
